The staff are very friendly and attentive. the room is cosy and the view was excellent
The hotel was quite cozy and all the staff were extremely supportive and helpful. The location is excellent, just 5-7 minutes walk from Osmanbay metro station. The rooms were clean and hot water was available all the time. Some slight renovations to the room would have been awesome. However, it doesn't undermine the fact that we had a wonderful stay.

Hotel staff manner and profession are as important as the hotel facilities and location. Amer at the reception office was one of the best. My greetings and respect to all of the staff. Cleanliness, attention and the kindness from the staff. Food was extremely good as well. We like staying with them so much that we must have visited them for the 7th time already.
Staff were very friendly. Location is nice every is just within walking distance. I was given a nice room bigger than what I was expecting.

The location was nice, in a cute quiet cobble stone street. Very close to fancy Nisanstasi neighborhood. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Service was very good. Our room had a nice view. Bed was comfortable.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Amer at the reception was very welcoming and helped us a lot in enjoying our trip and getting the best out of it.
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, has very good location in Sisli. To near metro station Osmanbey are few minutes walk. If you arrive with the car, the staff takes care of it and parks it on parking facilities in the near. Rooms are very comfortly and were claned up every day. At my next Istanbul visit this hotel would be the first choise.

The location was very bad, nothing around you, you have to walk , the road not okay up and down to reach main street. The breakfast less than good, the value of money paid to the hotel dose not worth!!! The staffs very helpful.
Excellent location، a few minutes walk to Osmanbay metro station and about 10-15 minutes walk to Cavahir mall. Very clean and very good breakfast. One of my favorite hotels in Istanbul.
